The story behind the sound
Dominic Heneghan is a songwriter from New Zealand known for his work as Submarine Monkey – a solo project written and produced by Dominic – and in alternative rock outfit MOY, whose Don’t Look Back EP was released in 2021. Having taught guitar back in New Zealand, he now resides in the UK writing and composing across a wide variety of musical genres, including soul, pop, disco and country. Dominic also animates and creates digital art for MOY, which takes the form of music videos, artwork, lyrical booklets and merchandise.
