FactoidMozart (1756-1791) was a precociously talented child. He played the klavier to a high standard when he was 3 and started composing & playing the violin aged 5. His sister was also a brilliant keyboard player. The family toured Munich & Vienna in 1762 and in Rome Mozart heard Allegri's 'Miserere' and wrote the entire work out from memory.
