The story behind the sound
Green Bay, Wisconsin native Mark Denis has written for over 150 major theatrical advertising campaigns. Some hits from his resume include “X-Men: Apocalypse,” “The Martian” “Zero Dark Thirty,” “The Amazing Spider-Man,” and “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of Northern Colorado before he went to the University of Miami for his Master’s in Music Composition. His music has been featured on all four major American prime-time networks — CBS, NBC, ABC, and Fox. Additionally, he has won numerous composition awards from Downbeat Magazine and also served as an arranger for Latin Grammy award winning artists. He continues to write epic orchestral pieces perfectly paired to action.
