The story behind the sound
Barrie Gledden turned a teenage guitar obsession into a career in music. Completely self-taught, he found time outside of his studies to carve out nine hours a day for practice. Still a teen, he founded the band Brazil, once featured in a BBC Radio 1 live session. His musical journey took him behind the console and he recorded and mixed for a variety of acts like Kaiser Chiefs and Corrine Bailey Rae. Production music grants him the freedom to spread his wings and continue to explore the sonic world and utilise an impressive collection of classic and modern equipment and instruments. His tracks can be heard in popular films and television shows including Her, Orphan Black, Anchorman, and Kickass.
