The story behind the sound
Guitarist Adam Drake's talents have paired him with a number of Top 40 artists for tour and session work, including Trevor Horn, Conner Reaves, Julia Fordham, Gary Barlow, Curtis Stigers, and Jessica Simpson. He’s played on two Grammy-nominated albums with Reggae band Steel Pulse and co-wrote for Paul Hardcastle’s fourth album, which continuously topped the Smooth Jazz Billboard charts for six weeks. Adam brings his performance background into the music he writes for film and television. Able to deliver guitar-driven blues, funk, and rock in equal measure, Adam capably puts on a guitar showcase to match any mood or setting, but it is ultimately the balance of sound that drives home the true appeal of his sound.
