The story behind the sound
Steve Pringle is a keyboardist, composer and producer. As a keyboardist, he is currently working with Mercury Prize-winning artist Michael Kiwanuka and has performed on stages and at festivals around the world, alongside numerous live TV and radio broadcasts. Recent composition work has included collaborations with documentary director Tom Dream on projects for Dazed/Gucci (featuring Arlo Parks) and GQ Magazine (featuring 2020 Humanitarian Award winner Patrick Hutchinson). Steve has teamed up with Jonathan Harvey on their recent Audio Network album Electronic Worlds, bringing together their interests in analogue synthesizers and outboard effects to explore the unique and rich sound palette these instruments provide.
