The story behind the sound
Chester’s Oliver “Ollie” Route started his musical career on two fronts while at Leeds Metropolitan University. First, his actually studies — that of Creative Music and Sound Technology, for which he would earn his Bachelor of Science degree. This education would form the basis for his writing, producing, and recording music. Secondly, Ollie was a guitarist in the rock outfit Loose Talk Costs Lives. The five piece band met at Leeds and this helped cement the foundation of his undying love for all that rocks. While the band lasted only slightly longer than his studies, the love for rock continues on to this day.
A graduate in Creative Music and Sound Technology and guitarist in rock outfit Loose Talk Costs Lives, Ollie Route maintains a love of rock that forms the basis for his writing and productions.
