The story behind the sound
María Gabriela Otaiza is a singer, songwriter and music producer from Valencia, Venezuela. María studied at the Carabobo Conservatory of Music and went onto graduate with a degree in Musical Education from the State University. Best known for her viral hit ‘Solo tú’, María began her career sharing covers via her social networks at the age of 16, receiving recognition from artists such as Natti Natasha and the Mexican band Reik. Today she creates in collaboration with Venezuelan producer José Miraz.
