The story behind the sound
A prodigious talent, Californian Duran Visek has been pursuing music since the age of 10, when he first followed the lead of his punk-drummer father. Graduating to guitar shortly after, the Oakland-raised singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist formed the pop-rock outfit Kicking Daisies at the age of 13 and began performing in front of crowds across the country. Visek remains every bit as in love with live performance today and can currently be found reaching new creative heights with his project Birthday.
