Daniel P Carter

The story behind the sound

Daniel “Dan” P. Carter knows rock from the inside, spending time as the bassist for A, guitarist for alt-rock Bloodhound Gang, guitarist and vocalist for hardcore punk band Hexes, and lending backing vocals and guitars to metal group Krokodil. He also played bass for Above All, Beacon, and Faceache and guitars for The Lucky Nine. Beyond that, he lends audiences his genre knowledge and love as the host of the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show, as it was the music of Iron Maiden and AC/DC that forever changed his life and laced his blood with metal. It is this depth of knowledge and connection to rock that Dan brings to songwriting and production team Collective.
