Cristóbal Cruz Garcia is a Mexican American music producer, mixing engineer, media composer and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. Originally from the border towns of Tijuana and San Diego, Cristóbal attributes much of his musical versatility to the rich and diverse cultural duality of being a fronterizo. At the age of 12, Cristóbal was lent a cello by the Mexican National Ministry of Music, opening the doors to a vibrant upbringing where music, the arts and community stood as its foundation. He continued his musical education while attending Berklee College of Music on scholarship, earning two Bachelor Degrees in Music Production & Engineering and Contemporary Writing & Production. Cristóbal has performed across a wide range of genres with multiple artists including Jacob Collier, bbno$, Aoife O'Donovan, Tigran Hamasyan, Margo Price, Esperanza Spalding and more.
